NX About fonts mapping using cgmdef.txt

When export PDF from NX, font mapping is not using cgmdef.txt.

How to set Font mapping for PDF?

Solution

The cgmdef.txt was intended mainly for CGM Export/Import. 

For PDF Export, the mapped fonts are hidden.  It was intended only for the purpose of text search.  To make the "mapped" hidden text visible when using the cgmdef.txt file in PDF, please turn on the following environment variable:

set UGII_PDF_NO_HIDDEN_TEXT=1

This helps to set font mapping during PDF converstion using  cgmdef.txt
