Is there a way to fill text with its background color for cutting plane text?

Solution

1. Open "Styles" dialog and go to active "Drawing View" style.
2. Select the style and click Modify. Go to the "Caption Format" tab and click on the "Fill text with background color" option.
3. Right click on the cutting plane text and select "Bring to front". You will see the desired effect. This same option works for drawing view captions and detail envelopes. You need to bring the desired object to the front to see the effect.

This functionality was implemented in ST4.
