NX Copy/Cut/Paste option disappear from Tabular Note after adding leader.

User cant Copy/Cut/Paste Tabular Note after adding leader.
Copy/Cut/Paste option disappear after adding leader to Tabular Note.

Solution

 Its a design behavior.

Workaround
-----------------
1.Delete added leader of the Tabular Note.
2.Select Tabular Note>>MB3>>Copy/Paste. refer image.
3.Recreate leader to Tabular Note.
