Selected Revision rule doesn't apply to Reference Only components.
Even though Revision Rule is set to "Precise; Latest" in Assembly Load Options, View added from Different Part loads Working Data.
Solution
Since Reference only components are not added in assembly structure(They are not visible in Structure manager), precise structure is not applicable to them.
The assembly treats them as piece parts and precise revision rule is not applicable to them.
To load the specific revisions of the components during last save operation, use the assembly load option "As Saved" (Under Configuration Details), this will load the precise revisions of the components during last save.
Please follow below procedure to avoid such issues in future.
Don't create the view by selecting different part than the Master part.
Selecting the part other than the master, will add the part in the assembly as reference only component.
Instead, if you want to place the view by selecting one of the child component of the assembly, create the view by selecting master part, then edit the view and hide all the remaining components under "Hidden Components".
This will not add the component in the assembly as "Reference Only" component.
