Orthographic projected view orientation doesn't change when parent view orientation is changed
Solution
The auxiliary projected views always inherit their orientation from the parent view.
Where as the orthographic projected views initially inherit the orientation from the parent view, but they are not associative to the parent view orientation.(You can set different orientation than the parent view)
You can verify this, select the Auxiliary projected view > MB3, Select "Settings", under "Projected > Settings" tab, verify that No "Orientation" group is available.
Now select the Orthographic projected view, verify that "Orientation" group is available, which states that you can change it's orientation irrespective of the orientation of the parent view.
Note: Projected view with defined orientation vector will always be dependent on parent view orientation.
