Consider an example as mentioned below-


You should at first assign value in Start Point and End Point (Fig.1) in order to see the pockets created based on the two washers (Here we assigned 2 and 18 in comparison to the original 0 and 20). Or there would be only one pocket you can see based on the bolt.


If we checked all three toggles, the pocket should be like Fig.2. And Fig.3 shows the outcome if you checked each one of the three respectively, we retain some small pocket for us to use and only the pocket in the red square is meaningful.
The meaning of Fig.3 is you only created 1 of 3 pockets, and I don't think this is reasonable under these circumstances.
