Log in to Teamcenter with a password that holds special character(s) like !@#$%^&_-+= ...
During STEP export:Dialogue shows "press any key to continue" and then nothing happens.



Solution

The failure is due to dropping of special characters when passing Teamcenter credentials to the translator process. Changing the user's password to eliminate special characters will resolve the translator issue.
