NX Look for splines with SUSPECT939 attribute

If you happen to encounter the following during a view update:

This checking and reporting for drawing view splines is not intentional. 
It does not indicate a problem with the view geometry or require any action by the user. 
We apologize for this inconvenience.

Solution

The checking and notification for drawing view splines will be removed soon in a future release.
Until this happens we suggest the following

Set the following environment variable to disable the warning message
UGII_NO_SUSPECT939_WARN_DIALOG = 1
