Solid Edge Tool Preview Does Not Display The Tool

The preview of temporary tools and library tools are not displaying. The error in the log files states the following:

+++ The child part type cannot be added to the parent as per TC preference TCAllowedChildTypes_ 

In TC...

• Select Edit -->Options.

• Select the tab "Search".

•  Input TCAllowedChildTypes* into the "Search on Keywords".

• Select TCAllowedChildTypes_MENCMachining from the "Name" column.

         The Item, Item, must be added back to the available "Values"  (See image below).

• Add "Item" back into the valid "Values" (See image above).

Once the Item, Item, is adding back to the available "Values", the tool previews will be functional.
