NX FRN Output in MILL_CONTROL Operation

Placing GOTO in the User Defined Events of a MILL_CONTROL operation does not output Inverse Time feed rates (FRN).

Solution

All GOTO in a MILL_CONTROL operations are handled as RAPID moves. The Postprocessor must have FRN active for RAPID and LINEAR moves.
