Solid Edge Simulation environment not active with Floating Simulation license

Unable to start a simulation because the Simulation environment is greyed out/inactive. 

For a Floating Simulation add-on, you need to check it out for the Client. 

Open Solid Edge and on the Simulation tab there is a 'get license' button.
