NX Why does Intelligent Save raise the regular dialog, instead of expected dialog with options in dropdown?

When an item is saved, in some cases, the Intelligent Save seems not working. The regular dialog shows, where the "table like" dialog with dropdown option per item was expected (as picture below).

Solution

Prerequisite: 
Intelligent Save is configured in TC (via TC_NX_CM_Enabled and TC_NX_CM_AutomatedDecision_Actions).
 
A part needs to be changed/modified first before the Intelligent Save is raised. An unchanged part does not need to be saved and therefore does not raise the Intelligent Save dialog.
