NX Post Configurator Warnings

Post Configurator is warning that  the rotary axis limit is violated and a rotary axis solution degenerated. How can warnings be ignored?

Solution

Post Configurator will complete the post processing if a good solution is found for the rotary axis.

It's important to understand if the post processor is unable to determine valid rotary positions, the post processing will abort and no NC code will be output.

Ignore the Warnings

• Edit the post processor.
• Go to the "Messages and Listing" group and select "Warnings".

• Add the "Warnings" that are to be suppressed to the list (see image below).Note: Warnings found in the NC output can be copied and placed in the listing.
  
  
• Save the post processor.
