Details
In a complex part with several feature groups and several suppression variables possibly driven by a formula it looks like some suppression variables do not work correctly. One feature is not suppressed although the suppression variable is 1 or vice versa.
Solution
In the part examine if you have group suppression variables which might conflict with feature suppression variables.
The group suppression variable always suppresses/ unsuppresses all features in the group.
The feature suppression variable suppresses/ unsuppresses the single feature inside the group only on edit.
Imagine you have a feature group Cutouts consisting of the features Cut1 and Cut2.
You set the suppression variable Cutouts_Suppress = 1.
This will suppress features Cut1 and Cut2 without resetting variables Cut1_Suppress and Cut2_Suppress.
This looks like a conflict but the variable Cutouts_Suppress drives the features and not the variables Cut1_Suppress and Cut2_Suppress.
If you then want to unsuppress feature Cut1 you need to edit the variable Cut1_Suppress even if it already is set to 0. In which case you set it to 1 first and then back to 0.
