Solid Edge Solid Edge license error: Cannot check out an uncounted license within windows terminal.

When tried to launch Solid Edge from remote desktop connection; getting license error as "Cannot check out an uncounted license within windows terminal".  

Solid Edge licensing does not allow user to launch Solid Edge application from a Remote Desktop session. The user should be at the physical workstation to start Solid Edge. This is an intended software behavior.
