After registering the wrong Composite ID on the GTAC support web page - how to change it?

Solution

On the license download webpage it tells you to contact customer services at www.siemens.com/gtac, 

however as a prerequisite you need to have the correct Certificate of Discontinuance (COD) template available for completion.  For this you will need to contact your local Sales Admin.  They will then log this further to the CAA (Customer Account Analyst) for an update of the CID.
