NC Output With ISV Machine Loaded (Post Builder)

The NC output with the ISV machine loaded is not the same as the NC output when the machine is not loaded.

Solution

• Open the postprocessor in Post Builder.
• Select Program & Tool Path --> Custom Command .
• Scroll down and select the custom command... PB_CMD_reload_iks_parameters and place "return" and the top of the proc...as seen in the image below.

The solution is valid through the latest version of Post Builder... NX1876.
