Tool Axis with •"Toward Curve–", at NX 12, we have options for Tilt rules:
 
Toward Constant
Toward snap
Away
Through

At NX 1876, this has been changed to:

Away
Through

Solution

This is an intentional change to simplify definition of Tool Axis
