Details
When attempting to create a new Solid Edge file the following error message was presented when the template dialog displayed:
"All Teamcenter FMS servers are unavailable. Contact your Teamcenter Administrator to correct this issue. This Save is queued and will retry on your next Teamcenter activity. If you cancel this action, the Data set in Teamcenter will not have a document. FMS was unable to provide the requested document. Validate that FMS is configured and operational, check your Teamcenter Volume(s) and then validate permissions to these Volume(s)".
Solution
This will occur if the Solid Edge templates folder in Teamcenter contains items that were uploaded by multiple users.
