When starting a new session of NX, the following alert message appears:

User defined legacy to new line width mapping is not correct. It has been corrected.
See system log file for Legacy Line Width Map report.
Line width titles are not unique. Check line width customer defaults under Gateway->Line Widths.

Solution
Deleting customer default settings under Manage Current Settings for Line Widths 1 thru 9 and Thin, Normal and Thick conversion thicknesses will resolve the issue after NX has been restarted.
1. File -> Utilities -> Customer Defaults.
2. Click on 'Manage Current Settings'.
3. Select the line widths settings in Manage Current Settings and click the delete button and close the dialog.
4. Click OK in the customer defaults and restart NX.
