NX Units of one or more drawings in template do not match part units

While working on customizing a sheet template, the current sheet PAX file is pointing to this item rev:
 
<Filename>@DB/GTAC-Drawing-sheet2/A</Filename><Units>Metric</Units>

When testing the above sheet template by inserting a new sheet using above template into a metric drawing prt file, NX fails to insert this sheet with following error:

Units of one or more drawings in template do not match part units

Solution

After reviewing above sheet template prt file, noticed the prt file unit is in metric, but when Edit Sheet on the sheet in the prt file reveals the sheet size is of INCH unit (it was B size). This is the conflict that NX caught. 

Solution is to edit the Sheet and choose a sheet size from the unit matching the prt file unit.
