Inconsistent result for bend direction in Drawing View

User observes an inconsistent result regarding the direction of sheetmetal bends in a Drawing View.
The Drawing View from one side of the model shows a correct bend direction but on the view from the other side, the bend direction is alternating between up and down.

Solution

The bend direction should be derived from the sheetmetal file rather than the Drawing View. 

Steps to resolve:


1. Go to Solid Edge Options >> Annotation tab
2. Uncheck the option "Derive bend direction from drawing view" >> Apply >> OK
3. Force Update (Ctrl + Shift + Update)

Consequently the result will now be correct:
