NX Limits and Fits (H7) on dimensions not applicable

The "Limits and Fits" type of tolerance on linear dimensions is not always applicable for H7 tolerances, this doesn't happen in every case, only if the dimension value is greater then 3150 mm.

Solution

Not a NX issue, H7 tolerances are not applicable if the diameter is greater then 3150 mm (limitation from ISO 286).
NX complies to the ISO 286 standard, but doesn't give a warning if you have a bigger diameter.
Up to 3150 mm, you'll see that Limits & Fits are properly applied, but for 3151 mm. and higher, it will not be displayed.
