Details

One workstation running Insight ST10 is stuck in Offline mode and the Cache Assistant is not available in the Manage fly-out.


Solution

Close Solid Edge and run the Choose PDM Integration tool in the Solid Edge program group. Set Insight as the "Active Client" then open Solid Edge and the Cache Assistant will be available. Open the Cache Assistant and toggle the Online/Offline button.
