Users experiencing a problem with the SEEC cache - not see any files in the local SEEC cache.
What causes this problem?

Solution

Make sure you are not using roaming profiles that we currently do not support with SEEC.

The workaround is to move the cache location to another local location not managed by the roaming profile.
