Details

One user cannot see the Solid Edge templates when working with SEEC or when working in an unmanaged mode.


Solution

Close Solid Edge and delete the contents of the Unigraphics Solutions folder at C:\Users\~user~\AppData\Roaming\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge, then start Solid Edge and the File Open dialog should have the templates visible.
