How to assign time to motion sequence in an operation, with automatic speed calculation?
How to create a time-based operation?

Solution

Edit speed form "default value for speed" to "Auto Calculate", which means the speed is calculated automatically:




For this select MB3 on the value-cell and choose "Auto Calculate" from dropdown list. 
Then you can set the time, and the speed is calculated accordingly.
