The Insight ST10 user is stuck in Offline Mode and the Cache Assistant is disabled.


Solution

Close Solid Edge and open the Solid Edge Choose PDM Integration tool. Set the Active Client to Solid Edge Insight, then Open Solid Edge and the Cache Assistant and turn off Offline Mode.
