NX Measure the old Measure Angle (to be retired) option "Evaluation Plane: Angle in WCS X-Y Plane"

In NX12.0.1, NX12.0.2, NX1847 and NX1872 and their updates when using the new "Measure" function, the old "Measure Angle (to be retired) option "Evaluation Plane: Angle in WCS X-Y Plane is not available until NX1899 (to be released in December 2019).

The current solution is to continue using the "Measure Angle (to be retired)" measure tool which will continue to be included in NX up to at least NX1872 (release in June 2019) and its updates, thru November 2019. NX1872 is a primary release prior NX1899 (December 2019) which is the primary release containing the solution in Measure.
