NX Import Selected Motors command doesn't work within company network

Import Selected Motors command does not work within company network.
Message: "Failed to generate motor model by the CAD Creator tool" 
The Web-service for running "Import Selected Motors" fails within the customer Network. Outside customer network it works OK (e.g. guest network).

Solution

Test if you can access:
  https://www.cad-creator.com/imap-cadcreator/services/sm.cadCreator.CADGenerateService
Test if you can ping www.cad-creator.com
Test if you can ping IP 93.240.229.34 
Change security settings and grant NX (ugraf.exe process) access to this address.
