When trying to open an NX part from Teamcenter NX fails to launch reporting 
this message: 
// 
No bookmark file 
The server failed to generate the bookmark file. 
//


When testing Report generation the user get this message: 
// 
FMS is not set up correctly! 
//



Solution

 The system did not have a C:\Temp folder. Creating that folder on the system 
corrected the behavior.
