How can I set the XY Plotting tool to always plot in the Main Graphics Window?

Solution

 To change the XY Plot options in NX 10, choose:

File-Preferences-XY Plot...

The XY Plot Preferences Window will pop up where users can set the Target 

Graphic Window option. For this case, the user can select "Main Graphics 

Window" and the plot will always be displayed in NX's Main Graphics window 

without being prompted.

Other Target Window options are: "Separate Graphics Window" and "Both Windows 

Allowed". The NX default is "Separate Graphics Window" and New Window; 

"Always New Window".
