How to export a high resolution PNG file.

Solution

 Each of the File Export commands (PNG/JPEG/TIFF/etc.) creates a raster image
from the graphics window and saves the image in the specified format. The
resolution of the image is always the same as the resolution of the graphics
window.

If a Drafting user wishes to export a raster image with greater resolution,
they can use 'File-->Plot'. Plot supports PNG/JPEG/TIFF "printers" that convert
CGM output to an image in the specified format.
1. Open the drawing sheet.
2. Select 'File-->Plot'.
3. In the Plot dialog, under the Actions group, select 'Advanced Plot'.
4. Select the 'Printer' tab.
5. In the Select Printer/Profile group, set 'Printer/Output Format' to
 'PNG Export File'.
6. Select the 'Print Setup' tab.
7. Specify the desired resolution in the Print Dimensions group.
8. Select the 'Print' button at the bottom of the dialog.
9. Specify a name for the PNG file.
