We are opening a NX command prompt and in that prompt we define a path for the user's temp directory:
set temp=\\ServerName\Temp
We run our command against run_ugtopv.bat but the translator's log file is still writing to a different user temporary directory. How do we control where this log file is written to?
Solution
The NX to jt translator only recognizes the use of tmp, not temp, when defining a temporary directory for the log file to be written to. This behavior is most likely due to it being a Unix only application when it was
first developed.
