What causes the error " material is missing properties" when solving an NX 

thermal model.

Solution

 This error occurs when the .sim file is defined in the Thermal/Flow environment 

but the .fem file is defined in the Structural environment.

To change the .fem file environment, make the fem the work part, right mouse on 

the fem name in the simulation navigator, and select edit.
