Using Visual reporting, Creating a report ends up with an empty window, and an 
error in the syslog.

The index.html and other files are created in the temp folder, so it's not that they are missing. 
The NX browser, just stays empty, with no visible error, nor message.


For the same user, on the same system, it does work for NX 10.0 just not for NX 11.0


Steps to Duplicate: 
- Open any (small) assembly 
- Start Visual reporting 
- Select any Report that gives a result, like "Part Family member" or "part material" 
- run the Report 
- Right Click in the Results are, and select: "Create HTML Report" 
- Now the web browser tab opens, but no results, just an empty window.

Solution

The problem is caused by incompatible file versions. 


The workaround is to delete the HTML report cache folder. If you have never defined the HTML Report Output Directory, the cache folder location is:


"C:\Temp\visual_reporting_html_results". 


If you have defined the HTML Report Output Directory in customer defaults: 


"Gateway --> Visual Reporting --> General --> HTML Report Output Directory".


Or if you have defined it on the HD3D Visual Reporting Gadget dialog: 


"HD3D --> Visual Reporting --> Setting --> HTML Report Output Directory".


Then you should locates the folder accordingly and delete it.
