How to rotate horizontally about the screen.
Solution
A. Set the current screen Coordinate System (CSYS) to be active.
1. In the Menu, select 'View-->Operation-->Orient'.
2. Toggle 'Type' to: CSYS of Current View.
3. OK.
Now the CSYS of the current view is active.
[Optional:] If it is needed to see the exact location of the current screen
CSYS, the Work Coordinate System (WCS) can be aligned to the current screen
CSYS.
1. In the Menu, select 'Format-->WCS-->Orient'.
2. Toggle 'Type' to: CSYS of Current View.
3. OK.
B. Rotate about the horizontal of the current screen CSYS.
1. In the Menu, select 'View-->Operation-->Rotate'.
2. In the 'Fixed Axis' grouping, select 'X-axis'.
Graphically a horizontal vector will appear to show you the current
rotation will be horizontally on the screen.
3. Enter the 'Angle Increment'.
For example: 45.0
4. OK the Rotate View dialog.
The view will be rotated 45 degrees horizontally about the viewing CSYS.
NOTE: The CSYS of the current view is such that the X-axis is parallel to the
bottom of the view; the Y-axis is parallel to side of the view; the origin is
the origin of the view (in the middle of the graphics window).
