NX NX failed to start Router Error: "Version number should start with upper case"

NX failed to start from Teamcenter with error:


Pop up with the following message appears:


Router Error 
The following error occurred: 
-version= - Version number should start with upper case V. eg, 
version=V18.O

Solution

This is a configuration error in the Registry. 
The Registry entry which hold the path for the "start_nxmanager.bat" was not 
correct.


Edit the Registry Entry below and enter the correct path:


HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ugmportalfile\Shell\Open\Command


e.g.: 
"D:\apps\TC\10.1\portal\start_nxmanager.bat"
