---------------
How to add a fillet between 2 curve paths that are on different planes.

Solution

 One method that can be used is "Circular Blend Curve".

 Insert --> Derived Curve --> Circular Blend Curve.

Select curve string 1 for the Curve 1, then select curve string 2 for Curve 2,
set Direction Option to Best Fit, set Radius Option to Value, set Radius to
the size radius that is needed. If you toggle ON the option "Show Cylinder",
you will see the cylinder that is used to create the Circular Blend Curve.
Select OK or Apply to create the fillet curve.

From the Online Documentation for Circular Bend Curve;
-----------------------------------------------------
Use the Circular Blend Curve command to create a smooth, blended curve
between two 3D curves or edge chains. The blend curve is tangent to the
two input curves and looks like a circular fillet if projected onto a plane
normal to the selected vector direction.
