Details

Considering that you have a part file that contains a rather large feature structure so it is impractical to access a specific sketch directly in the Part Navigator there are several options to get a short list of just the
existing sketches to select from.

Solution

While working in a sketch
=====================
You can switch active sketch by using "Sketch Name" field, having invoked Sketch in Task Environment.
Please note: If you invoked editing of the current sketch using "Edit with Rollback" the Sketch Name list will only show the current sketch.
While editing a sketch in sketch task environment you can in addition change active sketch by Task --> Open Sketch...

In the Part Navigator
=====================
 - Put the pointer on any sketch
 - Right mouse button --> Filter --> Remove All Other Types
Now you only see sketch features in the Part Navigator. You can now simply double click on the desired sketch to edit it.

To see all features again in the Part Navigator, put the pointer in the Part Navigator, not on any feature, Right mouse button --> Apply Filter (which is currently checked, so you will now un-check it).
Please note, you can easily re-activate the sketch filter again in the same NX session by again selecting Apply Filter (so it again becomes checked).

With menu choice
================
 - Menu --> Edit --> Sketch
You get a list to select an existing sketch to edit.

You can of course add the Edit Sketch command to your ribbon toolbar if you want to by using menu customization.

PLEASE NOTE: You can control what type of edit you get when you double click on a sketch in Part Navigator or in the graphics window through Modeling Preferences, Edit tab, "Edit" or "Edit with Rollback"
