NX Mill Rotary Floor - "only ball nose end mills are supported"

When attempting to use an end mill with a Rotary Floor operation, the message "only ball nose end mills are supported" is given.

Solution

There is confusion caused by using the term "end mill", the correct term is "ball mill" (as shown on the tool definition) 
a spherical mill is also a valid tool:
