What does the Feeds and Speeds -> Feed Rates -> Cross Over feed rate setting do in a Sequential Drilling and a Deep Hole Drilling operation?

Solution

The Cross Over feed rate setting is used in a Sequential Drilling or a Deep Hole Drilling operation in conjunction with the Cutting Parameter -> Cross Over Distance option.



The cross over feed rate will be used in the tool path motion if the interruption in the hole is larger than the defined Cross Over Distance.
