NX10 will not print line widths correctly
Solution
The default line width scale factors used by the 'File-->Print' command were
changed for NX10.0.
For NX10.0, the default scale factors range from 1.0 to 3.0.
The default scale factor settings were changed to match default pixel width
settings, which were also changed in NX10.0.
To modify the scale factors, modify the settings in Customer Defaults.
1. Select 'File-->Utilities-->Customer Defaults'.
2. Expand 'Gateway' and highlight 'Printing (Windows Only)'.
3. Select the 'General' tab.
Currently, the Width Scale Factors range from 1.0 to 3.0 in NX10.0.
4. Modify the Width Scale Factors as desired.
To set the same settings as previously in NX9.0, note the following:
The settings for 'Thin Width Scale Factor', 'Normal Width Scale Factor'
and 'Thick Width Scale Factor' did not change between NX9 and NX10.
However, the remaining 9 Width Scale Factors fields
in NX9 were 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 (top to bottom).
5. OK the Customer Defaults dialog.
6. Re-start NX for the changes to take effect.
NOTE: The Width Factors can also be modified directly on the Print dialog.
1. In the Settings group, in the 'Width' list, highlight the desired
width to be modified.
2. Enter the new scale factor in the 'Scale Factor' field.
