---------------
In NX we created PMI dimensions and saved it to JT.
We set in JT Configuration file the following PMI-options to "true":
activateNotePMI = true
activateCsysPMI = true
activateWeldPMI = true
activateGDTPMI = true
activateSymbolPMI = true
activateFosPMI = true
activateDimPMI = true
activateFcfPMI = true
activateDatumPMI = true
We can see these PMI Dimensions in Teamcenter PortalViewer.
But if we select (highlight) PMI dimension, reference geometry (edges or
faces) is not highlighted.
In NX reference geometry is highlighted.
Why can't we see it in JT?
Solution
Reference geometry in JT file is not highlighted because JT file does not
contain precise geometry.
In the "JT Configuration" NX dialog box we should set "Include Precise Geometry"
in the "Files" tab:
In JT Configuration file (default file is pvtrans\tessUG.config) we should set: includeBrep = true.
