Select 'Insert-->Synchronous Modeling-->Delete Face'.
The Delete Face dialog is missing two groups along with the group options.
The Settings group in the dialog is missing along with the options:
Heal
Delete Partial Blend
The Cap Face group in the dialog is missing along with the options:

Solution
Remove the environment variable:
UGII_DMX_NX502=1
If this variable is set in the ugii_env.dat file:
1. Edit the %UGII_BASE_DIR%\ugii\ugii_env.dat file in a text editor.
2. Remove the "UGII_DMX_NX502=1" variable from the file.
3. Save the file.
4. Re-start NX.
If the variable is set as a system or user environment variable, following the
instructions below for the correct operating system.
WinXP:
1. 'Start-->Control Panel'.
2. In the Control Panel, double-click 'System'.
3. In the System Properties dialog, select the 'Advanced' tab.
4. Select the 'Environment Variables' button.
5. Find the variable "UGII_DMX_NX502=1" listed under either
"User variables for ..." or under "System variables".
6. Highlight the variable: UGII_DMX_NX502=1.
7. Select the 'Delete' button.
8. OK the environment Variables dialog.
9. OK the System Properties dialog.
10. Exit the Control Panel.
11. Re-start NX.
Win 7:
1. 'Start-->Control Panel'.
2. In the Control Panel, double-click 'System'.
3. Select the 'Advanced System Settings' link on the left-hand side.
4. In the System Properties dialog, on the 'Advanced' tab,
select the 'Environment Variables' button.
5. Find the variable "UGII_DMX_NX502=1" listed under either
"User variables for ..." or under "System variables".
6. Highlight the variable: UGII_DMX_NX502=1
7. Select the 'Delete' button.
8. OK the environment Variables dialog.
9. OK the System Properties dialog.
10. Exit the Control Panel.
11. Re-start NX.
