Summary

Details

---------------
1. Create a New Folder at the Reuse Library by right click => New folder

2. At the file System set write protection for the New folder: find the New
Folder and in the "Folder Property\General" set "Read-only" checkmark

3. The New Folder can still be deleted by right click in NX => Delete

4. Why?

Solution

NX Reuse Libraries Folders ignore "Read-only" checkmark in the "Folder
Property\General".

To protect NX Reuse Libraries Folders we should use "Folder Property\Security"
tab and Change permissions by "Edit" button for Group or User Names. (e.g.
"Deny Write"):

Also you can use 'Advanced' tab to add specific users or groups to permission list:

After such changes User or Group (which have "Deny Write" for New Reuse
Library Folder) will not be able to Delete\Rename the New Folder from NX Reuse
Library.
