NX Trim Curve Works Differently in NX11 than in NX10

Trim Curve is not working in NX11 (and higher) as in NX10.  It is not extending the trim as 
expected.

Solution

 This UI was changed in NX11.  The options to Keep or Discard in the Trim and Divide options.




When trimming a curve, the Keep/Discard option is required. The Keep is both
the original curve and the extension of the curve to be trimmed, there has to
be TWO objects selected to get the extend as intended when trimming.  If only
ONE object is selected when extending by trimming, then only that object will
be the result.  BOTH need to be selected when trimming with an extend intended.
