NX How to set an NX drafting dimension to manual placement

What workflow is required to change a dimension placement style from "Automatic Placement" to "Manual Placement - Arrows Out" in NX?

Solution

In NX the steps now are 


o Select the dimension to be moved
o MB3 --> Settings
o Expand Line/Arrow
o Select Arrowhead
o Under Workflow UNCHECK "Automatic Orientation"
 - at this point you will see the "Orientation" option appear in each
 "Dimension Side" panel. Select the In or Out option and close the Settings
 dialog. The dimension can now be moved manually and will honor the arrow
 side setting.
