NX Turning part family members to normal parts during assembly export

When exporting an assembly that has part family members, how do you convert the 
 Part Family (PF) members into normal parts where you can have write permission?

Solution

 To activate the dialog where you can set Turn Family Members into normal
 parts, in Customer Defaults --> Teamcenter Integration --> Import/Export
 Assembly --> Part Family Members --> Toggle off Ignore Part Family Member.
Then after selecting the assembly that has the PF member as component to export, you 
will see the Assembly Load for Export warning with 2 buttons for Family Member
