NX Pre-defined stock in template does not change if template changes

Changes made to Manufacturing templates parts are not effective when creating a new operation

'Manufacturing - General - Use Latest Updated Templates' customer default setting:

By default,

NX 10.0.1 = ON, 

NX 10.0.0 = OFF

When set to ON , template parts are loaded from MACH\updates \template_part\metric

When set to OFF , template parts are loaded from MACH\resource \template_part\metric

Note that the 'updates' folder in NX 10.0 is empty

With NX 10.0.1, to reference template parts in 'resource' folder, toggle setting OFF 

Restart NX after changing customer defaults
